How We Started
We started to fill the need for a LOCAL welding gas supplier. Bowling Green OH has had a local welding gas supplier for many years so when O.E. Meyer (the only remaining welding gas supplier in BG) decided to close its' BG store we saw the need to fill that void and started Dixie Welding & Gas to service the local area with welding gas and supplies.
Dixie Welding and Gas can exchange customer owned welding gas tanks just as they have with other suppliers in the past. We can also sell or lease welding gas tanks depending on the needs of the customer. Our welding gas prices are very competitive with other sources and have the advantage of being conveniently located just north of BG at 17461 North Dixie Hwy, on the NW corner of SR 25 and Bishop Rd.
